Privacy notice
How we handle your information.
This notice explains how M/s Aorizon Research Labs handles information collected through aorizon.in and research.aorizon.in, and through enquiries sent to us.
Who we are

What we collect
Enquiries
The enquiry form sends your name, email address, chosen topic and message as an email to contact@aorizon.in. The website does not store the submission; it is held in our email system and used to respond to you and, if an engagement follows, to carry it out. The server keeps a short-lived count of submissions per connection to limit abuse. If the form cannot send, it opens your own email application instead.
Website analytics
These sites use Google Tag Manager and PostHog to understand how the sites are used: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. PostHog sets cookies and local storage on your device for this purpose. We do not record sessions, replay visits or collect keystrokes. We do not sell this data.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, requested page, time, user agent) for security and operation. These are retained for the provider's standard period.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, where agreed, to perform an engagement.
- To understand which pages and practices visitors are interested in, so we can improve the sites.
- To keep the sites secure and operating.
Who receives it
Email is processed by our email provider. Analytics data is processed by Google (Tag Manager) and PostHog Inc. (analytics, hosted in the United States). Hosting logs are processed by our hosting provider. We do not share enquiry content with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any engagement that follows, and for the period required by Indian tax and record-keeping law thereafter. Analytics data is retained according to PostHog's and Google's standard retention settings for our account.
Your choices
- You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the sites work without them.
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address above. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case within the time required by applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 once its provisions are in force for us.
Changes
If we change how these sites collect information, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
