How is an engagement scoped?
Share the decision, the intended outcome and the timing. We define the work and deliverables in a proposal you approve before anything begins.
Is it independent advice?
Yes. If a recommendation would lead to work by another Aorizon practice, we say so, and you are free to take it elsewhere.
What does it cost?
Priced per engagement in the proposal. Short reviews are typically fixed-fee; longer programmes run on the monthly plans.
